Milan reportedly re-awaken interest in recruiting Catania striker, Maxi Lopez. Lopez bomber targeted after its flagship, Alexandre Pato should be sidelined for three to four weeks because of injury. The Brazilian international striker suffered a muscle injury when bringing the Rossoneri qualify for the Coppa Italia quarter-finals after beating Novara 2-1 midweek. Pato's injury adds to Milan's heavy burden, because previously, Antonio Cassano has been ruled out until the end of the season because of heart problems.
