De Gea, who has not
played for the senior
Spanish national team,
most likely will not defend
La Furia Roja at Euro 2012.
Because the presence of
19-year goalie is very
dependable Spain to
compete in the 2012
London Olympics.
Even so Del Bosque De Gea
remains a name to the
squad while the Spanish
national team. Two other
goalkeepers in the squad as
is Iker Casillas (Real
Madrid) and Jose Reina
(Liverpool.
Del Bosque has not
summon players from
Chelsea, Barcelona and
Athletic Bilbao who still
has game. Juan Mata and
Fernando Torres still have
to defend Chelsea in the
Champions League final, 19
May. Meanwhile, Barcelona
and Bilbao will meet each
other in the Cup final, 25
May.
Del Bosque will announce
the final squad for the
Spanish national team on
27 May. Previous European
Cup champions will face a
friendly against Serbia at
the St Gallen, Switzerland,
May 26. Four days later
Spain will face South
Korea.
Last friendly match Spain is
facing China, June 3, 2012.
Spain itself will conduct
training camp in Austria
this week.
