Owen Official Leave Manchester United

Legend of England, Michael Owen ruled out Manchester United shirt
again next season. This is expressed through a personal Twitter
account Owen quoted by The Sun. Owen last played for Manchester United
in a testimonial match for Harry Gregg Irish League against the best
players this week. "The manager told me after a testimonial match on
Tuesday that the club will not extend my contract is up at the end of
this season," Owen wrote in his Twitter account. "I loved every minute
of my three years at this club. I would like to thank the players,
staff and fans for the support they have given to me, "he continued.
Owen joined Manchester United in July 2009 on a free transfer. His
move to the Manchester team is making a lot of people by surprise.
This is not separated from the status of Owen, a former Liverpool
player and also former favorite player Merseyside public. During his
career at Manchester United, Owen has played 52 times and recorded 17
goals in all competitions. Not yet known where the former Newcastle
United player will be anchored. Many rumors say if he would retire
related knee injury that never healed. "Now I am planning a holiday
and will ponder the next step." Although rarely play, but the Red
Devils fans will always remember his goal at minute of injury time
when Chelsea meet local rivals Manchester City in the Premier League.
