Matri Blame Game Tempo Italian

Alessandro Matri gave the reason for the 0-1 defeat of Italy from the
United States (U.S.) in a trial match at the Luigi Ferraris stadium,
Thursday, March 1, 2012, Indonesia in the morning time. Juventus
attacker blamed the poor tempo of the game Gli Azzurri in the match.
"We were not able to score a goal and tempo of the game is not as good
as in the previous game match. I think that's the case, when the
United States only once a shot on goal," said Matri. Italy fell before
the public itself by a single goal in the 55th minute Clint Dempsey.
It is Italy's second defeat in three matches last trial. On 16
November 2011 and the team also made by Cesare Prandelli bent on home
turf by a score of 0-1 by Uruguay. Although disappointed with the poor
results achieved by his team, the Matri remains confident Italy can
speak a lot on stage Euro 2012 next summer. "We were really
disappointed with this result, but we know the actual ability of the
team. We will show the best performances in the European Cup later, we
were all very confident," she said. Regarding the chances of entry
into the European Cup squad, Matri admitted quite optimistic. He
believes Prandelli not only assess their performance in the U.S.
counter-party only. "I do not score, but it's not a benchmark. I will
keep trying and I am sure I can get one place," said the former
Cagliari striker.
