claimed to have talked with senior difensore it about the prospect of
defending the Bianconeri. Although Pirlo himself admits that the
current Nesta has not made any decision about his future. "Yes, I
have discussed that option with Nesta. However, this is the stuff that
smells personal," said Pirlo told Sky Sport Italia. "He plays for a
great team and he is free to make decisions. We will see what will
happen at the end of the season," Pirlo said some time ago. Restless
with all the rumors that hit, Nesta finally go to vote as well. The
same money delivered by Pirlo, 36-year defender admits that they do
not know the future career direction. But one thing is worth
underscoring, Nesta firmly stated that he will certainly not be
joining Juventus though will still have to leave the San Siro.
"Obviously I'm not going to Juventus, that's for sure. I do not have
an agent, if one is interested then they should talk directly to,"
said Nesta told Football Italia, Thursday, April 19, 2012. "So far no
one has contacted. Anyway I feel no need to join Juventus, no problems
with it. Problem of the future, we will see at the end of the season,"
he added.
