Alves: Madrid in the Peak, Fixed Barca champion

Real Madrid closed the half of 2011-12 season with the control top of
La Liga. But for Barcelona right-back Dani Alves, Jose Mourinho's team
made it too quickly claimed to be champions. After slaying Sevilla
6-2, on December 18, 2011, Madrid back to the top of the standings and
are now collecting 40 points from 16 matches. Cristiano Ronaldo and
his friends three points clear of Barca, who finished runner-up.
However, this fact does not necessarily dampen confidence about the
chances of Barca's Alves retain La Liga crown. According to these
Brazilian players, La Blaugrana still have a chance to reap a lot of
points until the end of the season. "We do not expect much from them
(Real Madrid). All praise is only for Barca, which must have hurt
them, "said Alves, as quoted from Yahoo Sports, Friday, December 30,
2011. "In the standings, we are behind them. But, we still would serve
them in Barcelona and we can reap the points back to win the title,
"said the former Sevilla defender. In El Clasico duel vol La Liga,
three weeks ago, Barca humiliate Real Madrid 3-1 success in front of
thousands at the Santiago Bernabeu Madridista. Alves was so
optimistic, sure of success along the Catalan giants embraced under
Pep Guardiola, the coach who has dedicated 13 trophies since May 2008.
"Many people do not realize what we were doing. When the team
completed the task well, we will surely reap a lot of praise. We will
always be with Guardiola and in the future, everyone will realize
their work here, "he said.
